This one’s on me = This one is on me.  The figure of speech is similar to ‘buy a round’, but usually is used when talking to one person.  It implies that someone paid for you to be able to do something (for example, a ticket to a movie, a meal at a restaurant).  It is now your turn to return that favor and pay for that person.
